Portico officially launches new division, Portico Port Services

Portico has this month (April) officially launched its new staffing division, Portico Port Services.
Backed by the experience of Portico Shipping and Portico Logistics and their expert staff, the new division will offer workforce solutions across ferry, cruise, terminal, and quay-side services.
Portico Port Services has recently been appointed the berthing support provider for Portsmouth International Port, with a five-year contract, and is also providing ferry freight services, including stevedoring, to DFDS for its new Portsmouth to Jersey line.
Based in Portsmouth, Portico Port Services can offer its workforce solutions to ports, ferry and cruise providers across the UK.
Other services offered by the division include port clearance, customs clearance, crew support, and cargo support.
Louis Colpitts, operations manager, said: “Building on our experience through Portico Logistics and Portico Shipping, offering a range of services to maritime industries and companies such as Geest Line, Portico Port Services has had a strong start to life with two important contract wins.
“The team here has the capacity, the drive and the expertise to build on these, and are well-placed to work across the country, wherever we’re needed.
